The casting structure has been redesigned, which improves the machine’s rigidity, accuracy with thermal expansion, and tool life.
The machining area on the back has been expanded, so a chuck with a 51 mm diameter can be mounted on the counter-spindle. As the front and back now have the same diameter, a wider range of workpieces can be machined.
The guide rails are equipped with LFV (Low-Frequency Vibration Cutting) technology. The simultaneous 4-axis machining prevents problems caused by chips, which contributes to more stable production.
